WILD HORSE FOUNDATION.......

keeps on placing our wild horses in homes............

We have the National Park Service Burros are here!

We have an agreement (MOU) with the National Park Service and the Bureau of Land Management to assist them with placing any of these wild burros that they remove from Park Land for various reasons.

While in the Clark Mountain area just southwest of Las Vegas into California on the state line, these Burros have to move from the BLM land onto the NPS land to get water and sometimes before they can return back to the BLM they get caught trespassing on wrong federal property.  No you read it right,  these same Burros who are on Federal land cross a line thats drawn in the "sand" that they can't see to get water and then don't get back across the line end up getting captured for trespassing.  I personally thought this is dumb!

Since these Burros are not, native to the area but are recent transplantees unlike the Desert Tortoise, these Burros therefore are expendable and removed permanently.

Our job with agreement is to place these into homes and since these are a unique one of group of Burros as you can see with the marking and complete dun marking and great sizes we are requesting special adoptions processes with these.  You must speak to the Director of the Foundation on these.

We have 20 of these Burros, 10 pairs, these will be adopted first come first serve.  They will not be here long.
