There are approximately 32,000 wild horses and burros in long term holding facilities, not on free roaming land. This means they have been captured by helicopter and taken off their land put into a holding facility to die of old age, not on the land where they were born, but in a restricted pasture on a Rancher who's profiting off our tax dollars to hold them. The BLM and FORD will pay you $100.00 per a wild horse or burro to take them and place them in your home. You will have free title to these once you receive them. You must agree to never ever send them to slaughter or give, sell or trade them to anyone who would otherwise end up in the slaughter house.
