If this is your first adopted wild horse or burro, we can attempt to find a mentor, someone to assist you in your area or you may return to any of our clinics in the first 6 months of your adoption period to have free training provided for your horse. We reserved the right to limit these training times for space availability. A mentor is a previous adopter who is willing to assist you with your animal once you bring it home. We cannot guarantee that mentors will be available. Some may require a fee to cover fuel, hotel and meals.
* If you have surrendered a horse or animal before please explain why this happened and whom you surrendered the animal. Please explain why you now can adopt or own another horse or animal. We do not place our horses or animals at risk, All decisions are on a case by case basis.
